Factors That Affects Our Sleep

According to Helena Weil, Ph. D., there are variety issues that can affect our sleep. All are from high levels of stress, tension and also inability to prepare our body for the whole night. As a result, we can absolutely challenge our ability to fall asleep.

Here are the factors that affects our sleep:

  • Technology such as Computer, cellphone, television
  • Tension
  • Lights


To avoid this sleep problem, you can try meditation, contemplative reading, yoga and you can also try some natural methods like aroma therapy.
